Don't go after 3.30pm they don't close at 5pm like it says on the website! We went to go in at 3.45pm and they said they had closed! On a Saturday.... obviously don't need the custom.

Disappointing We have an annual pass that’s due to run out very soon. We’ve not been able to visit for the last 3 months as they are now closed Monday to Thursday. (We used to love visiting and always visited weekly trying to avoid the manic weekends) We managed to get there today and was shocked at the price increase and now charging £1.50 for babies (if they don’t play). Hot drinks are expensive too and not great. Little staff that seem to struggle under pressure. Seemed to be really cold no heating on and most people kept their coats on. We won’t be renewing our annual pass and doubt we will be returning anytime soon.

We used to come here quite a lot but the prices have increased massively. It is now £6 per child, regardless of age if they use any of the play equipment even at 6 months old, babies are £1.50 each if they aren't using equipment and each extra adult is £1.50 each. So we came expecting to pay £6 for our family and would have been charged £9. I understand inflation has had an impact on businesses, but ramping up prices by 50% is just pure greed and taking advantage of families. Safe to say we won't be returning unless the price comes down drastically or we win the lottery.

Our 2-year-old granddaughter loves this place and is always reluctant to leave! She enjoys the soft ball area and the excellent play maze with climbing frames, chutes, ropes etc. The staff are always helpful and welcoming. There’s a great range of hot and cold refreshments available too. Highly recommended. .

Absolutely fantastic place! We came here when we were on holiday. Amazing friendly staff, very clean, massive soft play with lots to do for all ages. Food is amazing too! Cannot recommend this place highly enough! Great value too.

I visit this place all the time with my young children. When we go we always ask for a jug of juice and some cups. It gets really hot and sweaty in there. I usually get a coffee or pot of tea too. This has never been an issue until today when a staff member wearing an event t-shirt was walking around the 5 tables that were in (very quiet) to ask to see our admission slips. This lady let us In 20mins before she asked us. 30 minutes later she was back asking again. When I asked for a jug of juice she said ‘no’. I asked why as we always get one and she said rudely ‘I am ringing my manager’ she came back and you can have a jug of water and that’s it. No explanation or anything. Later on myself and friend were talking between us about the fans that had been turned off. This young girl came walking over and said ‘erm I’ve turned them off because it’s blowing hot air’ she was obviously ear wigging to our conversation. We’ve never had this issue before the staff are always so lovely but this young girl needs training on her customer service skills.

The playground is not bad at all(5 star) but the service is as close as shocking(1star). Asked for a gluten free bread no butter and they added butter then changed with new bread from the freezer, no way someone could eat that, also waited over 30 min for my kids food.

Great for kids from 1year to 70years, caught my dad taking my daughter down the slide at speed! Everyone enjoyed the party we had here (ok so from 8years they don't admit soft plays fun, but they still love it!) Staff were very busy, all working very hard but they were great!

Well priced, good selection of drinks and food. Friendly staff. My only complaint is that as a parent sat watching I am always cold in here.
