We have been very pleased with our experience dealing with lovely people in their growing family business. Helen was most knowledgeable in helping us pick out and ordering a lovely blue stove for our living room. Nigel and his dad arrived yesterday to install for us. Although part of the fitting was tricky, Nigel managed to successfully install the liner to our dog leg chimney flue. We are delighted with our purchase and extremely happy with the efficient and friendly service we have received. So pleased to have bought locally from a terrific business. Wow what a fantastic experience from start to finish these guys are extremely friendly Helen and Nigel are so helpful choosing the best stove for u and not just showing us the expensive ones. I can't recommend these guys enough great prices and When it came to fitting I expected the job to take 2 days after being told from other local companies its a long and big job however the fire was fitted and ready to go in 4hrs by Nigel and Mark thank-you so much what a team You must go and see these guys it's worth the 20 min drive to Carnforth don't go anywhere else.

We purchased our stove from an online retailer but I know they have a great selection at Lakewood's showroom as I've been in before. Arranging was easy and Helen was prompt with communications. Nigel arrived today and was clearly knowledgeable with everything and worked hard to get everything done. They were very conscious about being tidy and did a great job with the install. We are really pleased with the end result and I would definitely use Lakewood again.
