Fantastic experience recording with Mark and his team (A band here). Spent a day hard at work with advice given when needed but also allowing creative discussion throughout the day. Well recommended.

Several recording sessions now with Mark at King Sound Studio. As well as being very supportive; nurturing me from a nervous performer to a slightly more competent one 😂, he is massively talented at mixing and gently suggesting tweaks. The sessions are always enjoyable and incredibly interesting and I always leave on a high. I can thoroughly recommend King Studio to beginners and seasoned professionals alike. I’m going back.

I felt welcome and at home from the moment I arrived! They were very supportive and pushed me to make the best recording I could, and the most out of each session. It was very professional and the song came out way better than I could ever had thought going in! They were friendly, gave me confidence, and have extremely high quality instruments, recording equipment and software. An excellent experience!!!

We came to King sound Studio to record a song for my Gramps’ funeral, Mark and Jess were so great. What an amazing experience it was! We were treated like we were famous, 10/10 would recommend using King Sound Studio!

I had a fantastic time at King Sound this week where I recorded vocals for the full day. The staff were really attentive, both creatively and practically, so the day ran smoothly and I was able to accomplish everything I wanted to in the session. The space is lovely and welcoming and the setup and equipment is top notch. Would highly recommend for any project that requires expert technical knowledge applied with great artistic sensitivity.

This was my first time in a recording studio so was uncertain, unsure and nervous. Fortunately my initial meeting with Mark (and visit to the studio) was wholly reassuring and quickly enabled me to build confidence about the process. By the time I got into the studio, I felt like I had done it before - in fact, I loved it, so much so that I went back for additional vocal sessions and a whole day recording a song from scratch (where I was able to use a couple of the wonderful guitars they have at the studio). I'm already booked in for January to record a new song and plan to record Album 2 there next Spring. I feel hugely fortunate that this gem of a studio is on my doorstep - however, given the service, quality of recording, comfort, location setting and reassurances/suggestions of Mark, I would also travel far to enjoy this experience and professionalism.

Well what can say. I took a young adult who has learning difficulties who wanted to see whats its like at a real recording studio. Mark and Jessica not only exceeded at this they managed to get my friend a full single recording of my man singing over the top. A BIG step for my friend. Warmly welcomed by a cup of earl gay tea and quick look around the studio. I personally was really impressed with the professional service provided to my friend it mad my day a joy to see. We chose KSS to record voiceovers for three short films. With no experience of recording voiceovers, we found KSS to be highly professional, helpful and friendly. The studio environment is welcoming and relaxed – great for those not used to working in recording studios. I would highly recommend using them.

I chose to record my first studio album with KSS last year and every experience with them was marked by excellence. Working with them was an easy delight and I am indebted to their wisdom, experience, expertise and care. I was a little nervous to entrust them with "my baby"!...but their attention to detail, professionalism and enthusiasm soon put my mind at rest. I'm looking forward to working with them again in the very near future. Top marks dream team! Dec 2019: Recently returned to the brand spanking-new studio to work on my 2nd album. Really great ambient space to work in (recently relocated to new premises). Such a creative team, willing and able to draw out of me what I didn't realise was inside! A very positive and encouraging environment to create in. Fantastic hard-working team with amazing focus and attention to detail. Can't wait to get back in the studio!

You won't make a mistake choosing King Sound Studio. If you are serious about recording, this is the place for you. These guys don't play around and they know what they're doing. I had a lovely 3 day experience with them and would highly recommend anyone who is trying to get their foot in the door into the music world! Mark and John are absolutely amazing to work with and will make you feel right at home. The creative yet professional space is truly unbeatable.
