It was my first time there as my daughter started racing there a few months ago. The best day out iv had in ages! Everyone is friendly. There's a burger bar, club shop, and toilets. Go prepared, warm clothing, just in case. There are some great races to watch from kids to adults. Very well organised and the club make sure everyone is safe and the drivers are well looked after. It was a really great day out and not too far from home, only an hours drive. Twelve pound entry for adults, which is a fair price , you won't be disappointed. Didn't take the dog as I was unsure if we were allowed but will take her next time. Great day out for families and friends.

Lets just say it was an experience!! If you had more than 8 teeth between a group of 4 of you and wore typical outdoor coats, shoes and warm gear then you didn't fit in. If you want to blend in and not look like a visitor then you need to wear rigger boots, overalls, a hoodie and some sort of high-vis jacket. The crowd (where we stood) were not at all willing to make way for my 6 year old son who just wanted to be able to see. They looked at us, looked at him then simply closed the gap until I managed to shoe-horn him in. Parking was a nightmare and we queued up Sand Lane thinking we could get nearer the action but the road was closed off. We ended up parking in a field that a farmer kindly opened on the corner of Sand Lane and New Road but a 4x4 is certainly recommended if you want to be able to get on/off without assistance. After we had parked, there was still a 0.8mile/1.4km walk to the action It was our first time here and it was entertaining, albeit very disturbing when a driver got knocked out cold and they had to climb in to drag him out - luckily he came round and was seen to in the ambulance but made it all very real. Not for a gold pig would you get me going in one of those cars. Oddly enough, we will return again just to experience it when it was less chaotic and hopefully more friendly.

Had a great day out here - it’s fantastic value for money for the length of time you can spend watching the different races. For anyone interested in mechanics/cars then lots to be able to wander round and see in addition to the racing as competitors make running repairs. Parking up a long lane with a walk to the entrance. Favourite class was the vans!

If you are looking for a family friendly day out then Warton is certainly worth while. Expect to get dirty, and the kids will need scrubbing when you get home, but it's a great day out for everyone. Have been going for many years and still love to visit. However on their big events like the caravans, it's advised to get there early as it soon gets busy with cars.

It was my first time experience and OMG!! i absolutely loved it. It is defo family, friend venue. Lots of Parking space so you won't be struggling with that. Massive place so you will find a good spot to watch the races. Plenty of food places to sell typical burgers, hotdogs, coffees, teas ets. There are toilets as well. Weather wise? Well something it can't be controlled. We had pretty cold and rainy day, but yet enjoyed every minute of it. I would recommend to everyone to come and have a look. Great day out and nice to see so many car enthusiasts. I will be definitely coming back next year.

On a bit of a whim brought our teenage son and his mate to the stock car racing today. It was so much fun, great value for money and really entertaining. A big shout out to all the drivers, pit crews and race officials for making it such an event! We will be back again! If you are thinking of going for the first time, tip would be to bring folding chairs and a picnic. There are loos and OK burger vans on site but you'll want to bring your own supplies if you want to enjoy the hours of racing without spending too much!
