Never been here before. Staff seem really friendly and helpful. We visited the bistro on arrival it was extremely busy but that soon dispersed. Food wasn't the best we left it. Which looking round most people did. We paid £65.00+ and expected and wonderful meal. Kids tomato pasta cold and chewy like reheated a few times. Kids sausage and chips was burnt and dry. Soup was awful pea and ham the texture, consistency and taste was wrong. This was the worst ever it tasted as though they had blended whatever they had in the fridge. You can tell this as it split and had water floating. Brie, cranberry and extremely fatty soggy bacon Panini.. was what seemed like a wholemeal or brown barn sliced. Not one for leaving a review like this but for a farm expectations are for fresh wholesome food. Didn't bother visiting farm shop or any of the other attractions.

Brilliant day out and plenty of pumpkins! Animals craving attention (and pellets). Unfortunately only 2 stars as we were quite lost and there wasn’t very much to do. Felt like walking in a farmers small garden area thats just been set up, not to sure where the pumpkin carving was after we picked up the pumpkins and on the way out quite a rude staff member said “Can I have your pumpkin vouchers”. Though the animals could make it 5 stars easily, especially with the little goats following you around. It really went down hill after the 1 member of staff on the way out. However it was the only member of staff we actually seen there as there was no members of staff to be seen to answer any questions, so we just walked round, fed the animals, collected the pumpkins and off we went. Not worth the money really for a quick 15-20 minutes after a 2 hour drive and from reading the reviews we were kind of disappointed. Other than the 1 member of staff in the shop when we got out tickets who was very friendly. We decided to go for lunch in the cafe/restaurant on the premises however it was quite a disappointment. There was only 1 member of staff working and the chef was taking food to the tables. Eventually more members of staff turned up, but felt bad for the 1 person doing all of the jobs on the own. If I could give the food 0 stars I would, it was terrible. We both ordered the burger and my partner couldn’t finish hers, it could literally break teeth! You could tell it was pre cooked and then either frozen or put in the fridge before attempting to cook again, mainly due to is still being cold on the inside before over cooking maybe for a 3rd time… the coleslaw that came with it has no taste, if it was an actual cook that prepared it he/she should be ashamed there was no seasoning or anything and we had to mix a sachet of mayonnaise into to give it taste. The food was nowhere near worth the money.

We had the most wonderful day at Greenlands Farm! 🐐🐄🐖 From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Feeding the goats, cows, and pigs was such a fun and memorable experience — the animals were friendly and clearly well cared for. It’s a perfect place for families, friends, or anyone who loves being outdoors and connecting with animals. After our visit, we enjoyed some absolutely delicious food at the café — everything was fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. The whole atmosphere was relaxed, friendly, and full of charm. Huge thanks to the fantastic team who made our visit so special. We’ll definitely be back and would recommend Greenlands Farm to anyone looking for a brilliant day out!

Nice place to go with the young kids. There are animals to feed and it does feel like a working farm. Small shop too and the cafe was nice for a treat at the end of the visit. Can walk around and see all of the farm animals, all seemed friendly and liked a little bit of a petting. Would recommend and go back

Nice animal farm with very friendly pets. We have tried to book tickets online as its about £2 cheaper per ticket but we were unable to do that as you can book only for the next day so you have to plan beforehand. We went there about 3pm and still pay the full price for the 1h left before it closes. The farm was almost empty woth maybe 4 visitors. The activities are as tarting from 10am until 3pm but after this time you can still feed animals and pet them. The animals are extremely friendly even for very little babies like 1 or 2 years old. Huge bouncing inflatable dome and sandpit for play. The little swimpool was close though. My little ones really enjoyed and we will definatelly come back at some point but at earlier time

I would highly recommend greenland farm village, it's aimed at children of all ages and plenty to do down to animal feeding and handling, quad biking, roller skating, hill sliding, crazy golf, laser tag and play barn and in hot weather a paddling pool so kids can cool off

Didn't actually visit the farm itself as we were doing the canal walk which goes passed it. Looks like a amazing day out for the families though.

Visited yesterday (Thursday) as a family of 8 (4 generations) and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were really friendly and every time we asked if we could hold an animal nothing was too much trouble. The young girl who worked there (didn’t catch her name) who has been with you for about a year from doing her work experience, was exceptionally lovely and answered all our questions. Credit to your farm park !! The kids really enjoyed the outdoor play area with the inflatables and they loved the zip line inside the barn. We were on holiday from North Wales and would definitely return here if we visited again.

Excellent place to visit. Great for everyone adults and children of all ages and abilities all are welcome. Lots of things to do and see. Friendly helpful staff make your visit so much better. The animals appear well cared for and are friendly and enjoy the attention of the visitors. Lots of different animals to see and interact with including pigs, sheep and goats to snakes, emus and donkeys. Cuddling goats, stroking lots of animals and feeding them bliss, such a wonderful experience. There is a cafe on site if you want or a picnic area for those who want to bring a packed lunch. There are various activities available on site such as laser tag and mini golf, unfortunately the laser tag was unavailable when we visited. There are plenty of free parking spaces and an overflow car park. Very reasonable entry price 27.50 for three adults and a child with a tub of feed for the animals. There are refills of feed available at £1 a time....laser tag and golf etc cost extra and pay for as and if you use them but there is so much to do that you don't have to if you don't want to. There is a bouncy castle and bounce pillow, sand pit, nerf guns, giant darts and axe throwing. They have toilets available and plenty of hand washing sites for after touching the animals. They would benefit from having more toilets available....as there was a slight wait and this was Easter holidays I feel this would be a longer wait in the height of summer. Highly recommend visiting.

What a lovely place! It’s easy to get to on the 555 from Lancaster (takes about half an hour) and the buses run every hour. We went to the Open Farm. £10 entry and £1.50 for a bag of feed if you want it. Really good vibes, lots of lovely animals. The staff were amazing and let you hold stuff if you asked. Had lots of reptiles, small mammals, owls, birds, farm animals. A great place for kids, there’s a amazing play area and a nice cafe. Both family with kids and groups of adult friends without kids around. Definitely not just for children, recommend to uni students! Such a peaceful time. There’s scheduled events and they feed the lamps in the morning and afternoon in spring/summer. When we went the events included: owl handling, reptile holding, lamp feeding etc. all the events are included in entry price and the people are so nice.
