Gail is amazing. We had some issues around skin and picking. With Gail's help this improved dramatically. Gail also shared her knowledge and expertise, giving us a foundation to continue using the different techniques she taught us, applying them to other areas in our life. Gail, like her therapy room, is so inviting and warm, after each session you felt completely relaxed and in Zen mode! We can't thank Gail enough for her help.

Gail has been so understanding and supportive using her knowledge and understanding to help me unpick some deep seated negative thought processes. For the first time I really feel I can see a light at the end of the tunnel and am so optimistic about the future as we continue to work together. Lovely, calming and inviting therapy space and the relaxation treatment is so effective!

Gail is a wonderful therapist, understanding, empathic and a great listener. In our meetings together Gail made me feel relaxed and valued. She is easy to talk to offering a calm and relaxed environment to be heard. After every session I felt so much better and clearer about my emotions. Gail is a true professional. Thank you x

I have tried for a number of years & various ways to stop smoking but have been unsuccessful, so I decided to try hypnotherapy. Gail made me feel very much at ease and not under any pressure to stop smoking. In a very calming and comfortable atmosphere I was able to relax and take on board the information I was given. I left feeling more positive and capable of achieving my goal. With more understanding of how my mind was processing my thoughts I had the confidence to stop. I have now given up smoking for over 18 months and have not looked back. I feel better on myself not to mention the bank balance. Many thanks Gail I couldn’t have done it without your help. Anne

I have been going to Gail for over a year now, and in that time I have learnt a lot about positivity. Gail has helped me understand about how the brain works and how to think positivly. I would say I was a slightly negative person but Gail's calm and friendly approach is helping me to become more positive in all aspects of my life. Gail helps me to foucs on the good and has provided ways to deal with anxious thoughts when they creep in. The environment in which the therapy takes place is warm and inviting, this helps you feel relaxed from the begining of the session. Highly recommended! Thank you Gail!

Never really thought about hypnotherapy, but an upcoming operation prompted me to look into it. So glad I did, with only just over a week to go Gail sorted me out with a few sessions at very short notice. Felt very calm having my wrist operated on under local anaesthetic something that would not of been possible without Gail's help. Would recommend anyone to give it a go.

I went to see Gail when I was feeling anxious and that life was running away with me. I found the whole solutions focused process so helpful (and quick). I continue to go to Gail for relaxation therapy, even now, although I am feeling so much better, as it is just a lovely way to reset and look after yourself.

I went to see Gail for a relaxation session .. what a lovely way to start my day with a clear and calm mind. I'm preparing for the birth of my baby and found this experience so positive and restful (actually drifted off at the end of the relaxation!) The environment was lovely and I was very comfortable throughout. Thank you very much, will definitely be back! X 🧘🏽‍♀️

Lovely treatment room; cosy blanket and comfy chair! Gail has a lovely manner and makes you feel very relaxed. I enjoyed my sessions and left feeling calm and positive! Highly recommended!

I went to see Gail after losing my Mum. My thoughts were most definitely negative or pessimistic. I felt low and could feel that I wasn't myself. Initially I didn't understand the "Hypnotherapy" bit, thinking I would be hypnotised etc, but its nothing like that, each session was tailored to me and all about the positives, not looking back looking at what has gone wrong, but about thinking to the future to see how i can change my approach to problems. It's about getting your body and mind ready to process all that positivity and take it forward. Fast forward to now, I can honestly say I really feel like I'm back to me, I still go to see Gail to help remind me how to keep myself in check, Its sonething i have to work hard on at times, but it's a perfect way to have time for me. I've now got the strength to challenge my own thoughts and look to what's good. Thanks to Gail.
