Plugged in Electricians installed an Electric Vehicle charge point for me. The whole process of quotation and installation was completed efficiently and to a high standard with excellent consultation and communication. There was a short time window in order to meet a grant deadline and Plugged In Electricians prioritised the job with excellent communication and a determination to arrange installation in a timely manner. Emily in the office was very efficient in planning the work (including planning pre-installation work). She kept me well informed and communicated promptly as well as ensuring they had all the necessary information for the EV charge point grant application. The grant payment has come through and I was promptly reimbursed. The electrical work was completed as planned. The electrician, Chris, discussed my best options for installation and arrived at the booked time and date to do a quality installation which matched my requirements. He was able to answer all my queries and advise options to agree the best specification for my situation. He accommodated me by completing the installation works around me cutting and clearing a channel in my concrete drive so the supply cable to my garage where the charge point was installed could be hidden.
